王勉 副教授,博士,硕士生导师

个人简介:

本科、硕士毕业于中国药科大学,博士毕业于伟德国际1946源自英国(其间在美国哈佛大学医学院进行一年的博士课题研究),2011年在中科院上海药物所进修。主持1项国家自然科学基金项目和3项广西自然科学基金,参与国家自然科学基金项目、广西自然科学基金重点项目等多个项目。发表SCI论文三十多篇,申请国家发明专利2项,并已授权。

教学和科研成果:

针对CDK4、VEGFR、PARP、METTL3等靶点筛选到高活性的抗肿瘤化合物,具有良好的成药性和转化潜力。构建了可无创、实时监测肝脏疾病的靶向荧光探针,这些靶向诊断探针具有一定的临床应用前景。合成了双靶脂质材料,并制备了载抗肿瘤药物的靶向脂质体,该脂质体具有优良的体内肝靶向性及抗肿瘤效果。
